I'm so glad you're here. I'm a cottage baker located in Bristol, TN offering quality homemade sourdough goodies including breads, rolls, cinnamon rolls, tortillas, sweet rolls, brownies, cupcakes, etc. All of my products are made in my home kitchen, which is not inspected by the TN Department of Health and may contain or be exposed to common allergens such as: wheat, dairy, nuts, eggs and soy. I do not have a commercial kitchen or location with operating working hours. All of my products are made to order and require at least 48 hours in advance ordering due to the preparation, fermentation and baking process that sourdough must go through.
